The Office of General Counsel manages all litigation involving the University, including employment, personal injury, contract, and intellectual property disputes. Our office also represents the University in administrative proceedings and may hire outside counsel when needed. Additionally, our team works to prevent litigation and resolve disputes through informal means, mediation, or arbitration.
