OGC attorneys counsel campus partners on employment-related issues including faculty and staff hiring, employment contracts, workplace discrimination and unfair treatment, managing performance issues, advising on accommodation and FMLA obligations, investigations involving complaints of harassment, discrimination or unfair treatment, and reorganization or restructuring.
