The Office of General Counsel provides legal guidance on matters related to Information Technology and Intellectual Property. We ensure that the University’s technological infrastructure and digital initiatives comply with internal policy, and relevant laws & regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity standards. Our team also advises on the protection, management, and commercialization of intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and technology transfers, safeguarding the university’s innovations and creative works.
