Mary Klemczewski, Officer Assistant
Mary Klemczewski is the Officer Assistant to Marianne Corr, Vice President and General Counsel.
In this role, she is responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and operational services in support of the Vice President and General Counsel including, but not limited to, manage the Vice President's time and calendar, plan and coordinate complex meetings and events, prepare agenda and meeting minutes of University committees chaired by the Vice President, oversee proper allocation of funds, and accuracy of budget reports and supervise undergraduate student office workers. Ms. Klemczewski also completes special projects for the Vice President and General Counsel.
Prior to joining the University of Notre Dame, Ms. Klemczewski was employed at Saint Mary's College for twelve years, serving in several positions at Saint Mary’s. Most recently she held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Mission. In this position, Ms. Klemczewski performed a variety of executive administrative and support services.
Ms. Klemczewski has also worked in the Department of Art and the Department of Communication Studies, Dance and Theatre at Saint Mary’s. She performed administrative tasks and was the liaison between faculty and students.
She graduated from Valparaiso University with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
