Mary Klemczewski, Executive Administrator

Ms. Klemczewski joined the University in May of 2018.  Currently she is the Executive Administrator for the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.  In this role she provides executive level support for Marianne Corr, Vice President and Robert K. Johnson General Counsel.  In addition she executes administrative and logistical support for the office including special events, projects and initiatives.  She acts as an Office of General Counsel liaison with members of the University community including executive administration and leaders, faculty, staff, students and outside constituents.  Ms. Klemczewski manages the administrative support staff within the office.  She also organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making.

Prior to joining the University of Notre Dame Ms. Klemczewski was employed at Saint Mary's College for twelve years, serving in several positions at Saint Mary’s. She held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Mission before joining Notre Dame. 

She graduated from Valparaiso University with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
